Delete Account

Effective Date: January 18, 2026

You can request deletion of your mySutra.ai account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the mySutra.ai app:

1. Open the mySutra.ai app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
3. Confirm your deletion request.

Upon confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing our support team. Include the email address associated with your mySutra.ai account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, email, age, gender, height, weight)
• Activity and fitness data synced to mySutra.ai
• Food logs and food scan images
• AI conversation history
• Health Connect data stored in our systems
• All personalization and lifestyle insights associated with your account

Data Retention

• Active databases: Your data is deleted from our active systems immediately upon account deletion confirmation.
• Backups: Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged in accordance with our backup retention cycle, typically within 30 days.
• Legal requirements: We may retain minimal information only if required by applicable law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).
