1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mySutra.ai application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and SutraAI Solutions LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Wellness Disclaimer

mySutra.ai is not a medical device. The App provides informational wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance only.

  • Informational Purpose: The App, including its AI Coach, food analysis, and lifestyle insights, is for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Consult a Professional: Content generated by the App is not a substitute for professional guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek professional advice with any questions you may have regarding your health.
  • Emergencies: If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
  • No Professional Relationship: Use of the App does not establish a professional healthcare relationship.

3. AI Features & Limitations

Our App utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to analyze data and provide lifestyle and nutrition insights.

  • Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content (e.g., calorie counts, recipe modifications, wellness tips).
  • User Verification: You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the App before relying on it.
  • Educational Only: AI-generated insights are educational and informational only — not professional guidance.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date profile information (e.g., age, weight, dietary preferences) to ensure the App functions correctly.
  • Personal Use: You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
  • Input false or malicious data to manipulate AI outputs.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the App's social features.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers Free, Lite, and Pro subscription plans.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable generally, except as required by applicable law.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Using the App signifies your consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology (including the AI engine, algorithms, and design) are the exclusive property of SutraAI Solutions LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SutraAI Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any content provided by the App.

11. Termination

  • By You: You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the App, or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
